SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Current stock or inventory ships from Kurt Huber at the distribution office located at 19830 SE 15th Place, Morriston, FL 32668. The initial shipping charge is included in your order. Specialty or custom items imported from our workroom in Italy may require additional shipping charges. We will notify you of the additional cost and time delay.

Return & Exchange Policy

Select boots purchased from us may be returned for exchange or store credit only under the below conditions.

Kurt Huber handles all returns, exchanges, questions and complaints. To avoid confusion and missed communication you must email him directly at romitellireturns.usa@gmail.com 

 

We will not accept communication or questions regarding your return, exchange, complaints or defective items by messenger, text, WhatsApp, phone calls or addressed to any other email besides romitellireturns.usa@gmail.com 

 

1) You must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the boots.

2) Ship the boots to Kurt Huber at 19830 SE 15th Place, Morriston, FL 32668

3) A return form will be included with the boots. You must complete this form and return it in the box with the boots. If you did not receive a form, download it here.

4) Boots must not be worn outside or ridden in.

5) Returned boots must be new and clean with no visible signs of wear.

6) Boots must be returned in their original package wrapped in paper or plastic.

7) The interior packaging must be clean.

8) We reserve the right to deduct expenses for cleaning or repairs from any potential exchange or credit if we determine the boots returned to us are not in the condition we delivered them. 

9) For custom-measured boots, we are not obligated to accept the boots for exchange or credit if your measurements changed significantly between the time you were measured and ordered the boots and the time they were delivered.

10) You are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to us. We cannot compensate for lost or damaged parcels. Request a return label from us or choose a service with tracking and insurance.

11) State the reason why you are returning the boots and specify if you want an exchange or store credit.

12) A restocking fee of $ 20.00 will be applied which includes a return label. Please email romitellireturns.usa@gmail.com to request a return label.
